Through a multilingual repertoire rooted in Francophone, Mediterranean, and Eastern European traditions, the duo explores themes of memory, cultural transmission, travel, and identity.

The project draws inspiration from the story of the Chéhadé-Thibaudeau family. On their mother's Québécois side, music has been passed down from generation to generation. On their father's Egyptian side, the family heritage is one of languages, migration, and openness to the world.

French holds a special place in this story. It is the mother tongue of both their Québécois ancestors and their French-speaking family in Egypt, serving as a bridge between cultures and generations.
